HOW TO DO UPDATES WITH PAYLINE PAYROLL

Steps to Update Payline

1. To start the update you will have to download the folder first
2. Click download button ……
3. Locate the zipped folder from your downloads (e.g Payline Update v16082019)
4. To unzip folder : Open the zipped folder, drag the folder from the zipped folder to a new location (my documents or desktop)
5. Unzip all the contents of the zipped folder
6. Press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select extract all.
7. Once the folder is unzipped you are able to view other files in the folder

To Update

1.  Double click or the folder
2. You will be able to view two or three files
3. Lib
4. PaylinePayrollSetup.exe
5. PaylineUpdate v1.exe
6. Click the PaylineUpdate v1.exe
7. A window will appear on your screen “ do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make change to your device ?  YES / NO

Click “ Yes”

• A screen will appear with the names of the companies to be updated

• Click “Update”

• Click “OK “ then close the page

Congratulations you have successfully updated your Payline Payroll !!
